Shaped for the muscle, not for the shelf.
Anatomically formed, with elastic resistance so the muscle builds rather than simply holds. Small enough to keep in a drawer rather than hide, and made to be used sitting or half lying down, which is how most women find it easiest.
The indicator lowers when you have it right.
Contract, and it dips. Relax, and it rises. It is the difference between training the pelvic floor and hoping you are. Once you can find the muscle without looking, take the indicator out and keep going without it.
Photography of the indicator in use goes here.
A session, start to finish.
Sit or half lie down with your legs a little apart. Wash your hands, rinse the wand, and give yourself six minutes.
Find the muscle
Begin urinating, then stop the flow. That tension is the pubococcygeus. You only need to do this once, to learn the feeling.
The specifics.
- Trains
- The pubococcygeus, the central pelvic floor muscle
- Feedback
- Integrated indicator, removable once you no longer need it
- Resistance
- Elastic, for muscle build-up rather than passive holding
- Session
- About six minutes, daily to begin with
- Developed by
- Medical specialists, over several years of research
- Made by
- HOT Productions & Vertriebs GmbH, Vöcklabruck, Austria
Keeping it clean
- Rinse under running lukewarm water before and after every use, or use the cleaner spray. Dry with a clean cloth. Never use an aggressive cleaner.
- Do not share it with anyone, and store it dry and out of reach of children.
- Do not use it during pregnancy, with any injury or gynaecological condition in the area, or before your postnatal check. Speak to your doctor or midwife first if you are unsure.
